The property enjoys uninterrupted panoramic views of the Lima Valley below. Owned by an English artist and journalist, Lugar de Gatela is a 19th century granite-built farmhouse totally restored to meet the demands of modern living. Located in the picturesque mountain hamlet of Vade Sao Pedro, just 3km from the historic riverside town of Ponte da Barca. The accommodation consists of three double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, shower toilet, washbasin and bidet on the first flower and a second shower room with toilet, wash basin on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a comfortable lounge area which leads through French windows to a balcony stretching the whole length of the façade of the house affording splendid views, especially at sunset. The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge, dining area with seating for six, kitchen and storage cupboard. The kitchen is equipped with gas/electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.
