This spacious villa is situated a few minutes walk from Luz centre and beach in the Western Algarve. Luz has managed to retain village charm and character, with the advantage of a superb south facing beach and promenade, whilst also boasting water sports and a great selection of restaurant and bars for evening entertainment. For the sporty there are many fine golf courses nearby, horse riding, tennis etc. The nearest golf course being Boa Vista Golf resort only 10 minutes away, which also offers golf, driving range, Spa, Jacuzzi, gym, pool, tennis and a children’s play area. Offers for golf are 2 golfers with buggy €47.50PP until the end of Aug. A short driving distance are two superb golf courses 'Morgado Golf' two individual 18 hole courses with excellent club house/driving range facilities. From the Morgado Golf Club we have been offered a special rate high season 16 - 28 Feb, March, April, May, 16 - 30 Sept, Oct, Nov €75PP and low season (2 people with buggy) €99.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week are in UK pounds. Any longer winter rentals are welcome and price to be discussed. I have provided my email address so please contact me directly with your proposal.
Changeover day
Saturday is our preferred changeover day. However we are flexible to our guests needs, and therefore we would always try and accommodate your booking requirements. Entry is after 2pm on day of arrival and departure is by 10am on day of departure.

| Kitchen: | Kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen table and 6 chairs, washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes airer provided. |
| Living Rooms: | 4 seater sofa, 8 seater dining table and chairs, TV, satellite TV, DVD player, two easy chairs and a lounger, large coffee table and log burner. |
| Other: | Understairs store room for golf clubs, cases etc. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: | Towels for bathrooms and pool with linen for all beds are included and will be changed once a week. Should you want to wash towels/linen in between this period you may do so. |

Accessibility
The property is not specially designed to adapt a wheelchair but as there is a terrace and bathroom on the entrance level then this may be suitable.
Outside
Tabel and chairs, BBQ on the middle terrace for alfresco dining with sea views. Sun loungers on the pool terrace for sunbathing.

Travel
The nearest airport is faro only 45 minutes drive away with easy access to Praia da Luz. We can recommend a local hire car company which you are able to rent from Faro. Should you require this service we can provide you with the information for the company.
Distances
Lagos which is the main town closest to Luz is 10 minutes drive, were you can enjoy many shops and restaurants and beaches.
Further details
Banks and cash points, post office, pharmacy, 24 hour English speaking medical and dental services. Internet facilities and UK sports TV are available at the nearby apart/hotel. The local supermarket is Baptista and has a good selection of English produce.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required for booking. The balance of payment is due 8 weeks before the booking commences. We reserve the right to cancel a booking where full payment has not been received by this time.
