Completed in 2009, you will find this 1st floor apartment with an open plan fully fitted kitchen/dining area that leads onto a balcony overlooking the development's two pools (one for children). A spacious hall leads off to a twin bedroom and a double room as well as a large, bright and modern bathroom. The Algarve region is blessed with a wonderful climate, and you are ideally located for swimming, sunbathing and watersports in summer, and spring, autumn and winter for tennis, golf, cliff top or countryside walking, exploring and sightseeing. There is plenty to see and do, and offers plenty of choice to suit both the discerning tourist as well as the committed beach-lover. Ideal for couples, families and (responsible) groups. Distances
For the children (and adults!) Zoomarine the waterpark is about 15 mins drive. Albufeira, Porches/Carvoeiro 15 minutes drive. The historical town of Lagos with fabulous shops, market, bars, restaurants and the Marina approx 30 minutes drive. The most south westerly point in Europe, Sagres is approximately 50 minutes drive. A day out to the Monchique mountains is highly recommended, you can try the local dish of chicken piri-piri and visit the historical town of Silves, both 20 mins drive.

Additional places of interest include the region's capital Faro and its old town, Loule, and its market situated in a recently renovated Moorish building, Silves and its red fortress, Caldas de Monchique for its thermal waters, Portimao and its old town and port, Lagos for its vitality and historical interest and Cabo de S. Vincente with its imposing lighthouse.
Booking notes
We are able to take payment by bank transfer.
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at time of booking. The balance of the rental fee is required 4 weeks before your holiday.
A refundable breakages deposit of 150 pounds is to be paid in conjunction with final balance payment. This will be refunded up to 10 days after your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).
