Casa Ferreiros (100 m²) is a bright, sunny and colorful farmhouse with small windows and wooden shutters inside. There is a nice small terrace in front of the house with a possibility for barbecuing, and where you can have breakfast or just sit in the sun and overlook Sao Bras and the Atlantic Ocean. You can also use the small roof terrace upstairs for sunbath. The stunning view from house and terraces is to the south and west, over the hills where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets. It is ideal located to explore the white long sandy beaches and the Ria Formosa Park of the Eastern Algarve. You should also visit the charming historic town of Tavira, the typical fishing town Olhao (best fish market) and the wonderful unspoiled hinterland. Although so calm and rural, the house is central and perfectly situated for any trips to the surrounded area. Nearest airport is Faro (30 min drive away).

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for 1-2 persons per week (7 nights) in euros.
The additional rental rate for extra person is 50 euros per week. Prices are inclusive gas, electricity, water and internet. The (weekly-final) cleaning is charged with 40 euros per week, to be paid directly to the cleaning person. We offer very good special rates for long winter lets and longer stays from more than 3 weeks. Please contact us for further details.

| Kitchen: | Fully and well equipped renovated kitchen, including gas cooker, small oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing machine. In the kitchen is the dining table with 4 chairs. |
| Living Rooms: | There is a small and bright lounge with a fireplace for the winter days, heater, air-conditioning, also a sofa and 2 comfortable seats to sit on. There is Sat TV and CD/player/radio and W-lan for internet connection. |
| Other: | There is a sweet little apartment for another 2 people with bathroom next to the house - simple but well equipped and with charming character. That way you can spend your holiday with friends or family in 2 separate units. Price 50 p/week p/person. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: | Towels and linen are included and changed after one week. Please bring your own beach towels. |

Accessibility
The house is suitable for wheelchair, because the toilet, shower and 1 bedroom is on 1 floor.
Outside
There is a nice small covered terrace (shade if needed) in front of the house with garden table and chairs where you can sit in the sun/shade and overview the panorama. You can also use the small roof terrace upstairs for sunbathing (you have a stunning view from here to the south/west!). The property is small but situated in a rural environment.
Coast/Beach
Our coast here is called Ria Formosa which is a protected area of the Eastern Algarve, it is a large system of tidal lagoons. The beaches are all long white sand beaches with the warmest water in Portugal. Nearest beach from Casa Ferreiros is Praia de Faro in Faro (20 min drive) or Ilha Armona in Fuzeta (15 min drive) and Ilha de Tavira in Tavira (25 min drive).
Golf
There are several golf courses nearby in Moncarapacho and near Tavira (15-25 min drive).
Travel
Airport Faro 30 min drive. Airport Seville 2 hrs drive. Airport Lisbon 3 hrs drive. Car hire through Amoita, directly at the airport by arrival and departure.

Further details
You have everything you need in the next village S.Bras de Alporte, only 2km from the house. There are a few fresh fish stalls and veg and fruit stalls, many shops and big supermarkets, butchers banks, post office, chemist, a health care center for medical help and of course many good restaurants and cafes. Also to shop and to visit Faro and Olhao. Olhao has the best fish market the eastern Algarve and is a very authentic fisher town. Tavira is a charming old town with several churches and other places of interest. Faro has developed to a modern shopping city.
Booking notes
Payment of the whole amount must be done by arrival of the house directly to the housekeeper. Payment for the weekly cleaning directly after cleaning to the cleaning-person, or before the final cleaning at the departure. No prepaying needed, all matter of trust.
